RECREATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You will need a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. state driver’s license, US passport, etc.). We also accept DMV Interim papers (temporary paper ID with a three-month expiration) alongside your expired form of identification. We do not allow digital pictures of IDs.

MEDICAL CUSTOMERS

You will need a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. state driver’s license, US passport, etc.).

You will need a valid MMIC (medical marijuana identification card) or a doctor’s recommendation to shop at West Clinik. Digital copies are only permitted after submitting a paper document for your first time.

You do not need to be a medical marijuana patient to shop at West Clinik. We are licensed both as a legal adult-use and medicinal cannabis retailer.

All medical patients must have the original copy of their medical recommendation with a patented seal in order to be accepted as a medical patient for the first time. Electronic copies are accepted thereafter.

AGE REQUIREMENT

We can sell to anyone over the age of 21 for recreational usage. We can sell to anyone over the age of 18 with a medical rec for medicinal usage.

Yes! We are pet-friendly and absolutely welcome animals. We ask that all of our patrons have their furry friends on a leash at all times and to please look after them.

West Clinik abides by all sales being final.

Per state law, no returns on cannabis product can be accepted. However, defective products (due to manufacturing error) purchased at West Clinik are eligible for exchange up to one week past purchase date and must include the original packaging with receipt.

We accept cash, debit card, and the occasional Apple Pay (varies between banks and services). We do not accept split payments.

We also provide an onsite ATM with a $3 service fee.

We accept debit cards with a chip for a $3 convenience fee. Debit cards must be identical to the account holder. Debit card readers act as an ATM. Example:

Order Total is $41.
DC Machine rounds up to the nearest 5th value, so in this case, $45. The roundup amount of $4 will be given to you as cashback.
A $3 surcharge is added on top of that for a total charge of $48.

We do not accept credit cards.

All debit cards must match the profile of the person that is currently being transacted.

Yes, we offer plenty of parking right in front of our building. Street parking is also available.

All online orders are held up until our 9:45PM final call. Please call our shop directly for any extended holds on online orders.

Under the Bureau of Cannabis Control’s regulations, recreational cannabis customers are able to purchase up to 1 ounce of cannabis flower or 8 grams of cannabis concentrate. The limit on products such as edibles, which are made with cannabis concentrate, are calculated by the amount of THC in the package. Edibles typically contain 100 milligrams per package (and 5–10 mg per edible). That means that a guest would be able to purchase 80 packages of edibles in one day.

Cannabis customers with a medical recommendation are able to purchase up to 8 ounces of cannabis flower and unlimited grams of cannabis concentrate daily.

While perusing your phone and taking phone calls is allowed in the showroom queue and lobby areas, we ask that all patrons please respect our staff and put away any devices during their time with a cannabis consultant. Phone calls and phone usage is not allowed at the registers/viewing area unless to consult about a certain product seen online or, in common instances, to translate for our non-English speaking guests.
